[PATCH] Set LDAP_OPT_RESTART for all LDAP connections

Hi,

this patch moves the setting of LDAP_OPT_RESTART from the SASL
authentication code to the general connect call. I think chances are
that it might be needed when the LDAP provider is used together with
other providers which fork children.
