[PATCH] IPA: properly handle mixed-case trusted domains

this patch fixes some issues in the IPA provider if the name of a
trusted domain contains upper-case characters.

The parsing and unparsing in the exop module is getting a bit hacky but
I don't see a better way until we standardize the cache format
somewhat..

So ACK and I hope Michal will soon resume his work on sysdb upgrade to
FQDN by default.
