Hi,
this patch removes the replace subdirectory. The code isn't used so far on the supported Linux platforms and is outdated compared to the upstream code in the samba tree. If we will need some replacements when porting to other platforms we might reintroduce the code, use gnulib or use some other strategy.

Ack, and good riddance. Running 'configure' on the replace directory takes forever.
