[PATCH] Add SASL/GSSAPI support to ldap id provider

This is an initial implementation of SASL support for the id provider.
It works and IMO it is complete enough to be committed.

This patch applies, compiles and works fine,

ACK.

I will unite the kinit code from this patch with the one from the
Kerberos backend with separate patches.
