[PATCH] Move hbac services to cn=hbac

I'm currently working on this change in FreeIPA, this is a patch for SSSD to 
keep up.

Thank you, but we've already decided
(https://fedorahosted.org/sssd/ticket/777) to fix this on a broader
scale and to avoid hard-coded paths here.

Thanks for that information. Should we wait with pushing the IPA patch until 
the work on ticket #777 is done?

Please push it. I'm currently testing the patch for sssd, so there
shouldn't be a big gap.
