Hi, SELinux developer here... 90s delay during login definitely sounds bad :/

Can you point us to the specific function that is slow? Is it
sss_seuser_exists()? If I'm reading the comments right, it's also slow on other
arches than aarch64, just less so (~20 seconds), right?
