During the pre-release of Python, it occasionally happens that all the pyc
files in Fedora need to be rebuilt. We, the Python Maintainers, are handling
this. There is no need to do anything on individual package levels. However, if
this bothers you at any point in the future (e.g. during the Python 3.15
transition), a simple rebuild fixes it.
