Ok, got it.
I will try to write a patch against RH6 (as this is my primary concern :) and will add it to the RFE..

As of RH7: you talked about possibility to use gssproxy to replace rpc.gssd (or was it rpc.svcgssd?). Is it relevant to this problem?
