The project mentor, Tomas Tomecek, is best able to answer specific
questions for the project and where to get started. I checked the
project description but didn't see an IRC channel listed for where to
discuss the project. Hopefully Tomas can clarify.

I also recommend reading through the archives of this mailing list to
see previous discussion about the projects and other tips for applying.
