My name is Eduard Čuba, I'm studying at Brno University of Technology (second year) and I would like to propose my own project for Fedora Google Summer of Code 2017.

Since May 2016 I'm contributing to project "Unified Software database for DNF" or shortly SWDB about replacing obsoleted YUM databases by new unified one designed for current needs of package managers in Fedora. Project was presented at developer conference DevConf 2017 and is about to be merged with upstream.

There is lot more work to do, I'm proposing project "Unified software database for DNF and PackageKit" about better PackageKit and DNF integration.
