Hello everyone!

I am Utkarsh Anand, a second year undergraduate student studying at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. I have been using fedora since the release "Fedora 13, Goddard" and I would like to contribute to the project. I am familiar with many programming languages (C, C++, Python, Javascript etc. to name a few). Currently I am using Fedora 25 as my primary Linux OS. I would like to apply for "dnf-pip-plugin" as GSoC 2017 project. I'll be going through the dnf source code and documentation. Is there anything else I need to learn?
