Financial IS for Fedora project

Hi,
Although I was sticking in to the Web Hosting Control panel project[0],
there were some difficulties to contact the mentor. Since I'm already an
ambassador for fedora project I thought about involving in this project[1]
and contribute to it contentiously after GSoC.

I would like to make a small suggestion, how about using Python instead of
PHP for this project? I'll discuss further about this project with
Buddhike.
