GSOC project idea

[Rohitangsu Das]

Hi Fedora Team,

I am Rohitangsu Das, currently pursuing my Masters in Comp Science from
National University of Singapore, and I got really very interested in pagure

https://pagure.io/pagure

version control tool.

I would like to contribute and at the same time understand the
knitty-gritty of the underlying system

I am well aware that I need to submit a project proposal, however, some
help in getting started would be great.

Thanks
