organizing proposals

We have quite a lot of proposals; I haven't been paying attention to
the category until a few days ago ...

... and it's about 30 proposals.  (I'm still going through them and
fixing confusing bits, such as duplicate proposals.)

I started to organize the pre-review here:

As it says on that page, this is all information that is in the public
_right_now_.

That page MUST NOT get populated with private mentor review data.  If
we do use it to post any results from the private mentor discussions,
we'll review the data and changes first.

Sometime later today I am going to start posting to the
summer-coding-mentors list, after I go through the proposals and make
sure all mentors therein are on the list.

This list is incomplete.  I took the snapshot of the proposal category
about 36 hours ago, and new proposals have been added.  I am going to
do two things to make sure the list is complete:

1. Check the list against the category again.

2. Search for "Summer Coding" in page titles and scan for any missed.

Hopefully no one forgot to put the proposal in the category, but the
second search will find that.

I appreciate help in fixing and updating the table.  Take care not to
break things, and if something goes wrong, let us know on
#fedora-summer-coding so we can revert and fix.  (Use the preview
capability before saving.)  In this program so far we've had a few
wiki page erasing mistakes (which happens with wikis used like this).

I'll start working on giving the proposals a look and, massage them
into a better shape.
