GSoC 2018-Rahul Thakoor-Introduction

Hello,

My name is Rahul Thakoor and I am a second-year Computer Science
student living in Mauritius. I am interested in applying and contributing
to the project "*Improve GPIO support in Fedora in general and particularly
on the Raspberry Pi" *mentored by Peter Robinson.
        I am an open source software and hardware enthusiast. Being
previously trained in Medicine, I personally learned a lot from open source
software/hardware and Open Educational Resources to be able to follow my
passion for Technology. Indeed, I am now enrolled in a Computer Science
Engineering degree.

I am thrilled to apply to GSoC 2018 through Fedora.

I regret to say that this project has had to be withdrawn.  The lower level components it relies on are not ready, which was not expected.

I hope you'll consider other GSoC projects.

Can I apply for the project:
> ASP.NET Core web application for /r/Fedora subreddit and Discord ?

I have written studied UML and C++ and currently studying Java and .Net
Framework and  Test Driven Development using xUnit.
I am also interested in building .NET core web applications,
especially using Razor Pages.

What is the best way to contact the mentor Radka Janeková (rhea)?
