If you are planning on attending Red Hat Summit in a Booth-volunteer-only capacity, please let myself or Jared know ASAP so that we can give you the registration instructions.
Also, please make sure that you are signed up on the wiki page:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Red_Hat_Summit_2011
This is helpful to ensure that we have adequate coverage, that we have folks to help set up and tear down the booth, etc.
Thanks!

Hi all,
Each year, Fedora has been a presence at the Red Hat Summit/JBossWorld
conference. As you might guess, Red Hat audiences are often keenly
interested in what's going on in Fedora, since it represents the
upstream for RHEL. Each year the Fedora Project Leader heads up the
presence for the Summit to make sure we are well represented at the
event.
In case people weren't aware, there's a page for the event planning
here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Red_Hat_Summit_2011
Since last year, there has also been a planning list so people can
communicate about what they're doing for the Summit:
https://lists.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/summit-planning
Please come sign up for this fairly low-traffic list if you'll be at
the event and want to be aware of what Fedora folks are doing there.
In previous years, volunteers have stopped by to either help at the
booth or just to make acquaintances with other contributors there. If
you're attending the Summit, you should of course stop by and say
hello!
I believe Jared Smith has planned Fedora Live USB keys for Summit
attendees again this year. There may be other Fedora-related things
going on as well. I'll leave it to him to fill the community in on
current plans and invite assistance.
