OK, I have the following people on the list for booth setup on Tuesday afternoon:
* Sandro Mathys (RHCE of the Year, woo!) * Susan Lauber * Brian Powell * Peter Robinson
I've let Kristin Nordstrom, who is Red Hat's Summit mastermind, know all your names. I told her you would be potentially seeking Red Hat people in the afternoon to find our boxes, so you can set up the table.
Kristin has a list of all the shipments, including our event box, handouts, vertical banners, and the tablecloths (see previous email). At least the event box and vertical banners were shipped with my name on the label too. Everything should be possible to find, since Kristin has the master list.
IIRC, Mel Chua is planning on coming by the center in the afternoon (between 3:00-5:00pm sometime?) to deliver F13 media. Mel should be on this list and receiving this email. Mel, could you privately let a few people know how they can best stay in contact with you? (I didn't want to just put your phone number on the list.)
I just wanted to note that I'll be on-site on Tuesday... I have some things I need to do in the morning but I'll probably wander over to the Fedora booth area to help sometime after lunch.
I'll have my smart phone with me so if you need to get in touch with me you can message me on jabber (mairin@linuxgrrl.com) or aim (jettagrrl).

Yep yep. Thanks, Paul. Everyone on the list for booth setup has my phone number for SMS-fu just in case, but fastest way to reach me on that day (and in general) is mchua on freenode; I'll be in #fedora-ambassadors as usual and am likely to drop off stuff a bit before 3.
If there are any particular directions/locations I should follow, holler - otherwise I'll blindly make my way over and find you folks eventually. See you soon!

So we meet up wherever our booth/room is at 16:00, is that right? I hope there's some hint on the venue as to where that is. But we all found the place last year after all :)

Ah, that's great! Even though I wonder what's easier to locate - boxes that don't move at all or Kristin who'll probably be needed everywhere :) But I'm positive we'll be fine. I also know quite some involved Red Hat folks if we really need them.

We probably want someone to be able to meet Mel before 3:00pm given her previous post. Our table is on the mezzanine level, next to the Spacewalk table (unless they've rearranged something).

If you can't find Kristin just about any of the Red Hat staffers should be able to help -- probably including Mo Duffy I'd imagine. (Everyone knows Mo!)
Kristin has done this before and is a pretty cool head, so it shouldn't be hard to locate our stuff in any case.

I can meet Mel before 3pm, I'm not located far from the conference centre.
