This affects us, at least waybar as far as I know depends on fmt.

Rebase of fmt to 7.0.0

Hi Dan,

Thanks for heads up! I saw this thread yesterday and already tried
building waybar locally with fmt 7.0.1.
Good news is that no source changes are needed; the only requirement
is spdlog built with fixes for
https://github.com/gabime/spdlog/issues/1611. Once Vitaly creates a
side-tag with updated fmt and spdlog I'll rebuild waybar against it.
