Possible?: A "Master" window with a clickable list of all the other window titles?

People,

Does what I descibe make sense?  When I have a lot of vimb (Vim Browser) 
windows open, long titles for the tabs (eg in YouTube) quickly get 
squashed up into too short titles as the number of tabs increases - so I 
am thinking it would be good to have a "Master" window that lists all 
the other window names and would allow me to change to a particular 
window by clicking on the name of the window in the "Master" window.

Also, in this setup, it would also be nice to:

- Be able to sort the title names to find duplicate windows open

- Move window names up or down to change the order of the windows

- Be able to duplicate / close windows with right mouse clicking etc
