Also, as an added bonus, Alpha Freeze is upon us so we get to look over FE bugs as well. Currently we have 8/1/0 for blockers and 10/0/0 FE's to look at. It'll likely be a longer meeting than what we've grown accustomed to, so take some time this weekend to check out the proposals (you can even vote in the bug comments if you like). If you want to take a look at the proposed or accepted blockers, the full list can be found here: https://qa.fedoraproject.org/blockerbugs/ We'll be evaluating these bugs to see if they violate any of the Release Criteria and warrant the blocking of a release if they're not fixed. Fedora 22 Alpha Test Compose 7 (TC7) Available Now!

As per the Fedora 22 schedule [1], Fedora 22 Alpha Test Compose 7 (TC7) is now available for testing. Note a significant known bug in TC7: Workstation live image boot will often hang at the point where X should start up. This can be worked around by just booting a few times (sometimes it works...) or by editing 'rhgb quiet' out of the boot parameters. Fedora 22 Alpha Test Compose 5 (TC5) Available Now!

As per the Fedora 22 schedule [1], Fedora 22 Alpha Test Compose 5 (TC5) is now available for testing. ** PLEASE NOTE **: This will likely be a short-lived compose - while it was spinning we discovered the likely cause of the bug that causes live image boots to often fail with a kernel crash, and I have already requested TC6 with the fix for that bug. So go ahead and test TC5 if you like, but be aware that TC6 will likely appear in 6-8 hours. If you have limited test time or bandwidth, you might want to wait for that one! TC5 live images are likely to suffer from the bug, which means they will likely sometimes or often fail to boot, with a kernel NULL pointer de-reference visible if you boot without 'rhgb quiet'. Proposal to CANCEL: 2015-02-23 Fedora QA Meeting

Hi folks! I'm tentatively suggesting we cancel the QA meeting on Monday, but that's assuming we do a blocker review meeting. I think it'd be good to check in on the status of 22 Alpha in general, but we can do that within the blocker review meeting assuming we have one. I don't think we have any other big topics to discuss, but I'm making sure to get this email out several days ahead so we can change our minds and have a meeting if necessary. So did I miss anything? Anyone have anything we should talk about? Just reply to this mail and we can set up the meeting.
