# F33 Blocker Review meeting
# Date: 2020-08-17
# Time: 16:00 UTC
# Location: #fedora-blocker-review on irc.freenode.net
Hi folks! We have 3 proposed Beta blockers and 2 proposed Beta freeze
exceptions to review, so let's have a Fedora 33 blocker review meeting
on Monday!
If you have time this weekend, you can take a look at the proposed or
accepted blockers before the meeting - the full lists can be found
here: https://qa.fedoraproject.org/blockerbugs/ .
We'll be evaluating these bugs to see if they violate any of the
Release Criteria and warrant the blocking of a release if they're not
fixed. Information on the release criteria for F33 can be found on the
wiki [0].

Hi folks! I'm proposing we cancel the QA meeting for Monday. I don't
have anything urgent this week.
If you're aware of anything important we have to discuss this week,
please do reply to this mail and we can go ahead and run the meeting.
Thanks!

Hey All,
I would like to invite all of you to participate in the Kernel 5.8
Test week which is happening from 2020-08-17 to 2020-08-24. It's
fairly simple, head over to the wiki [0] and read in details about the
test week and simply run the test case mentioned in[1] and enter your
results.
As usual, the Fedora QA team will hangout at #fedora-test-day@freenode
for question and
discussion.

Greetings testers!
We didn't meet for a couple of weeks, so let's get together and check
in on where we're at and what we have planned. I don't have much for
the agenda this week, so it might be a short meeting.
If anyone has any other items for the agenda, please reply to this
email and suggest them! Thanks.
== Proposed Agenda Topics ==
1. Previous meeting follow-up
2. Fedora 33 status
3. Test Day / community event status
4. Open floor

Hi, folks. I'm sad to report that Thomas Gilliard (satellit), who was a
valued member of the QA team for many years, passed away last week. His
wife contacted me with the news. Thomas was a regular and reassuring
presence at QA and blocker review meetings and ran many thousands of
tests since he first joined the team in 2009. He was particularly
dedicated to testing our Sugar builds. We'll miss him.
