Proposal to CANCEL: 2019-07-01 Fedora QA Meeting

Hi folks! I'm proposing we cancel the QA meeting on Monday: it's a
public holiday here in Canada so I won't be around to run a meeting. If
anyone feels we really need to meet tomorrow, you can go ahead and take
over by just sending out an announcement email with an agenda like the
ones I usually send. I'm planning to have a meeting next week to look
through the F31 Change list again, which should be more complete by
then.
