For Deeply Technical Release Engineering Reasons (somebody forgot to update the right config file), 1.3 is effectively identical to 1.2. Please test either at your leisure, we'll treat results for both as interchangeable. There will be a 1.4 soon which should hopefully, really, really, really be built with kiwi and osbuild.
