if you really want to set it globally (or adjust the existing
%query_all_fmt entry).
I would rather put that in /etc/rpm/macros.format (or some other
name of your choice); otherwise the next rpm update will clobber
your changes. Or "private" mods in ~/.rpmmacros as suggested.
