In fact, the joke's on you, because you entirely missed Samuel's point.
As Samuel correctly noted, regardless of whether the quotes were
included or not, if Calle was trying to get the automated 'help'
message from the list software, the mail was sent to the wrong place:
it should have been sent to test-request@ , not test@

Also true, which I noticed a microsecond after hitting Send. Nonetheless, the existence of the quotes is a genuine error, which is what I was trying to point out.
