As discussed in an earlier thread, there's some kind of issue with the
reverse proxy cache that sits in front of the wiki that sometimes
leads to redirect pages giving you stale results. Forced reload (shift-
ctrl-alt-r) will usually clear it, or closing/re-opening the browser.
Worst case you can just hand-edit the URLs in the obvious way.
