At today's blocker meeting, this bug came up:

kparal reports that very occasionally, when setting the root password
during install, the install will abruptly crash to a black screen.
That's obviously a bad bug, but Kamil's only seen it twice, and neither
me nor Tim has seen it at all. So it seems pretty rare. It would help to
know if anyone else has seen this precise behaviour (not any other
behaviour - a crash with the usual 'crash report screen' would be
different, so would a hang, etc) in their install testing, and if so,
how often. Thanks!
