fedora-testing users, wanted to give test for the post -release
updates, we could enable updates-testing in rawhide....
So I went for it... specifically to test eventual improvements of kde
4.1.3 over 4.1.2...

Yes, it was an announcement on the list with the title "Bug hunters
congratulations", but
what I understood is that after you've updated Rawhide, you get F10, and if
you want to get
updates for Rawhide until F10 is out, you need to enable updates-testing on
your F10 machine.
If you enable only Rawhide repos, you get no updates until release day
(Tuesday). It doesn't make any sense to me to enable updates-testing on a
Rawhide machine...
