It's a goal. Right now we haven't yet built the necessary infrastructure.
The pre-existing Fedora Linux Project at
http://www.fedora.us/ does have
infrastructure, and part of merging with them will be bringing those
packages into a shared infrastructure, so the right way to get started
is to work on getting the packages in there.
