bird-2.0.8-1.fc34 (FEDORA-2021-c8c133fd23)
BIRD Internet Routing Daemon
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
BIRD 2.0.8 (2021-03-18) ======================= * Automatic channel reloads
based on RPKI changes * Multiple static routes with the same network * Use
bitmaps to keep track of exported routes * Per-channel debug flags * CLI
commands show info from multiple protocols * Linux: IPv4 routes with IPv6
nexthops * Filter: Optimized redesign of prefix sets * Filter: Improved type
checking of user filters * Filter: New src/dst accessors for Flowspec and SADR
* Filter: New `weight` route attribute * Filter: BGP path mask loop operator
* Filter: Remove quitbird command * RIP: Demand circuit support (RFC 2091) *
BGP: New `allow as sets` and `enforce first as` options * BGP: Support for BGP
hostname capability * BGP: Support for MD5SIG with dynamic BGP * BFD:
Optional separation of IPv4 / IPv6 BFD instances * BFD: Per-peer session
options * RPKI: Allow build without libSSH * RPKI: New `ignore max length`
option * OSPF: Redesign of handling of unnumbered PtPs * OSPF: Allow key id
0 in authentication * Babel: Use onlink flag for routes with unreachable next
hop * Many bugfixes Notes ----- Automatic channel reloads based on RPKI
changes are enabled by default, but require import table enabled when used in
BGP import filter. BIRD now uses bitmaps to keep track of exported routes
instead of re-evaluation of export filters. That should improve speed and
accuracy in route export handling during reconfiguration, but takes some more
memory. Per-channel debug logging and some CLI commands (like `show ospf
neighbors`) defaulting to all protocol instances lead to some minor changes in
log and CLI output. Caution is recommended when logs or CLI output are monitored
by scripts.

python-dbus-next-0.2.2-1.fc34 (FEDORA-2021-e825f0a5c4)
Zero-dependency DBus library for Python with asyncio support
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
``` - Recommend wayland backend for Qt - Add subpackage for contrib/grimshot
screenshot tool - Add 'Recommend: sway-systemd' ``` A couple of configuration
snippets are now provided by the optional dependency `sway-systemd`: -
/etc/sway/config.d/10-systemd-session.conf - configures systemd user session
environment - /etc/sway/config.d/10-systemd-cgroups.conf - configures automatic
management of cgroups for GUI applications in sway session (rhbz#1935923)
Detailed documentation:
https://github.com/alebastr/sway-
systemd/blob/main/README.md ### Opt-in for users with custom config file:
`include /etc/sway/config.d/*` directive in the default configuration already
includes these snippets. If you removed the line from your custom config file,
you can restore it or just `include` the parts you want. (the configuration
snippets may be changed in the future, so it is better to include them instead
of copying the contents). ### Opt-out options: * Remove `sway-systemd` package
and add it to `excludepkgs` in the `fedora`, `updates` and `updates-testing`
repository configuration * Remove `include` directives that match the files
listed above from your sway config file. * Edit `/etc/sway/config.d/*.conf`
files and comment all uncommented lines. Be aware that the future updates of
`sway-systemd` package may create `/etc/sway/config.d/*.conf.rpmnew` files which
are also processed by `sway`
python-msal-1.10.0-1.fc34 (FEDORA-2021-a0924fb59c)
Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL) for Python
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
## 1.10.0 * Enhancement: Proactive access token (AT) refreshing. Previously, an
AT is either valid or expired. If an AT expires and your network happens to have
a glitch, your app wouldn't be able to auth. Now, MSAL Python attempts to
refresh some AT (typically long-lived AT) half way towards their expiration, and
silently ignores the error and retries next time, so that your app would be more
resilient. All these happen automatically, without any code change to your app.
([#176](https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-authentication-library-for-
python/issues/176), [#312](https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-authentication-
library-for-python/issues/312), [#320](https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-
authentication-library-for-python/issues/312)) * Adjustment: MSAL Python will
keep RT in token cache even when its usage encounters an "invalid_grant" error,
so that the RT would likely still be used by other requests.
([#314](https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-authentication-library-for-
python/issues/314), [#315](https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-authentication-
library-for-python/issues/315)) # 1.9.0 * Enhancement: Starting from
this version, MSAL will be compatible with both PyJWT 1.x and PyJWT 2.x
([#293](https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-authentication-library-for-
python/issues/293), [#296](https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-authentication-
library-for-python/issues/296)) * Enhancement: Better support for upcoming
Azure CLI's SSH extension ([#300](https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-
authentication-library-for-python/issues/300),
[#298](https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-authentication-library-for-
python/issues/298)) * Enhancement: Better deprecation message for
get_authorization_request_url() and acquire_token_by_authorization_code().
([#301](https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-authentication-library-for-
python/issues/301), [#303](https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-authentication-
library-for-python/issues/303)) * Enhancement: Better exception message when
using incorrect case in client_id. ([#304](https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-
authentication-library-for-python/issues/304),
[#307](https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-authentication-library-for-
sway-1.5.1-3.fc34 (FEDORA-2021-e825f0a5c4)
i3-compatible window manager for Wayland
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
``` - Recommend wayland backend for Qt - Add subpackage for contrib/grimshot
screenshot tool - Add 'Recommend: sway-systemd' ``` A couple of configuration
snippets are now provided by the optional dependency `sway-systemd`: -
/etc/sway/config.d/10-systemd-session.conf - configures systemd user session
environment - /etc/sway/config.d/10-systemd-cgroups.conf - configures automatic
management of cgroups for GUI applications in sway session (rhbz#1935923)
Detailed documentation:
https://github.com/alebastr/sway-
systemd/blob/main/README.md ### Opt-in for users with custom config file:
`include /etc/sway/config.d/*` directive in the default configuration already
includes these snippets. If you removed the line from your custom config file,
you can restore it or just `include` the parts you want. (the configuration
snippets may be changed in the future, so it is better to include them instead
of copying the contents). ### Opt-out options: * Remove `sway-systemd` package
and add it to `excludepkgs` in the `fedora`, `updates` and `updates-testing`
repository configuration * Remove `include` directives that match the files
listed above from your sway config file. * Edit `/etc/sway/config.d/*.conf`
files and comment all uncommented lines. Be aware that the future updates of
`sway-systemd` package may create `/etc/sway/config.d/*.conf.rpmnew` files which
are also processed by `sway`

unrealircd-5.0.9-1.fc34 (FEDORA-2021-eda2e27a54)
Open Source IRC server
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
UnrealIRCd 5.0.9 ================ This release comes with several feature
enhancements. There are no major bug fixes. Enhancements ------------ *
Changes to the "Client connecting" notice on IRC (for IRCOps): * The format
changed slightly, instead of `{clients}` it now shows `[class: clients]` *
SSL/TLS information is still shown via `[secure]` * New: `[reputation: NNN]`
to show the current reputation score * New: `[account: abcdef]` to show the
services account, but only if SASL was used. * In the log file the format also
changed slightly: * IP information is now added as `[127.0.0.1]` in both the
connect and disconnect log messages. * The vhost is logged as `[vhost: xyz]`
instead of `[VHOST xyz]` * All the other values are now logged as well on-
connect, similar to the "Client connecting" notice, so: secure, reputation,
account (if applicable). * New option `allow::global-maxperip`: this imposes a
global (network-wide) restriction on the number of connections per IP address.
If you don't have a `global-maxperip` setting in the allow block then it will
default to maxperip plus one. So, if you currently have an `allow::maxperip` of
3 then `global-maxperip` will be 4. * Handshake delay is automatically
disabled for users that are exempt from blacklist checking. * Always exempt
127.* from gline, kline, etc. * You can now have dated logfiles thanks to
strftime formatting. For example `log "ircd.%Y-%m-%d.log" { }` will create a
log
file like called `ircd.2020-01-31.log`, a new one every day. Changes -------
* Add `doc/KEYS` which contains the public key(s) used to sign UnrealIRCd
releases * The options `set::anti-flood::unknown-flood-*` have been renamed
and integrated in a new block called `set::anti-flood::handshake-data-flood`.
The ban-action can now also be changed. Note that almost nobody will have to
change this setting since it has a good default. * On *NIX bump the default
maximum connections from 8192 to 16384. That is, when in "auto" mode, which is
like for 99% of the users. Note that the system may still limit the actual
number of connections to a lower value, depending on the value of `ulimit -n
-H`.
