Firstly I'd like to go through changes in new anaconda, as they don't want to support some features (like text mode) any more. Second thing I'd like to do here is to ensure that if I'll make some changes I also update test cases.

Well, this is kinda obsolete. We have tweaked the criteria constantly over time, of course they pretty much always need ongoing review.
