first i've noticed on x86_64 and thought was livna related, then i've seen it on i386, freshly updated, untainted.

From yum point of view, these packages are different because they are listed in different repos - fedora and updates. For a rawhide system - both these repos are redirected to current rawhide tree. Once release will be done, fedora and updates will hold different set of packages.
here's the yum output::
