How to report bugs for Fedora 12 alpha?

Hello,

I recently downloaded Fedora 12 alpha and found some bugs in it.

Now, Shall I report bugs against package versions of the Fedora 11 alpha
or should I update to newest packages from rawhide and then report bugs
if they persist?

Also, if some bugs that appear and are reported in Fedora 11 are still
not fixed in Fedora 12 alpha/rawhide, shall I change their version to
rawhide, clone them or...? What if such a bug should be a blocker for
Fedora 12?

Preferably, the latter.

Can running pure rawhide damage my hardware?

Generally no since if software can damage your hardware, then there is a
hardware bug as well but I should warn you that there has atleast been
one recent case where such a thing did happen. So yes, it *is* possible
but that is not specific to Rawhide.

There are obvious reasons why such problems are not so easy to
reproduce.  In any case my old monitor turned into a pile of scrap.

More specific, in this case: it's always _best_ to clone the report, as
having separate reports for separate releases is the only reliable way
we have to denote that the same issue affects multiple releases.
Bugzilla just isn't built to handle multiple distribution releases,
unfortunately.

However, if the bug is quite 'unique' to you, and you'd be happy if it
were just fixed on Fedora 12 and you don't care if it never gets fixed
on Fedora 11, you _can_ just keep the original report and change the
version to rawhide. That effectively denotes that you only care about
having the issue fixed in Rawhide, not in 11.
