Hello,
I tried upgrading my existing system and then later a fresh install of Fedora 41 Beta. The problem I am seeing is that after login, if I try to launch a new GTK app like Files, it takes forever to open. If I try to launch a GTK app too soon after logging in, the app does not follow my dark mode setting. Here is a URL to a video demonstrating the issue.

On a hunch, I upgraded my system to Rawhide and the problem is completely gone and everything is snappy.
