Having gnome-shell-extension-alternative-status-menu installed gets me an "Oops, something has gone wrong" on login -- though the extension works fine if enabled after having logged in.
I will test it again by the end of the week and if still persists, will fill a bug report, but here's the warning if anyone else has it installed and is having this issue.
