preupdate failure

After running without complaint, reboot into rawhide install.

It tries to download kdelibs-devel-xxx.  That doesn't work - no surpise -
since it didn't activate any net interfaces.

You must be running ppc64 or x86_64. F8 yum and F9 yum disagree about
what multilib packages are needed.

Just wait a bit. After it fails to download the package (because you
have no network connection) it will ask you to bring up the network
connection. Then you can finish the upgrade.
