No problem. After a few moments of panic, all recovered fine
(including me ;) ) with a reboot.
Just as a side note, reboot does the same thing that Harald suggested -
see /etc/rc.sysinit, line 756:
rm -f /var/lib/rpm/__db* &> /dev/null
