Today I was checking the boot time when I notice this:
# systemd-analyze critical-chain
The time after the unit is active or started is printed after the "@"
character.
The time the unit takes to start is printed after the "+" character.
graphical.target @43.822s
└─multi-user.target @43.821s
└─NetworkManager-dispatcher.service @1min 22.316s +10ms
└─basic.target @28.185s
└─dnf-makecache.timer @28.185s
└─sysinit.target @28.062s
└─systemd-update-utmp.service @27.788s +273ms

Notice the time that it takes system-fsck-root, @584542y ....
I am running a rawhide-nondebug kernel here, but I notice that the same
happens for regular kernels when running Fedora 23.
I don't know where to report this and thus this message. :-)
