domain resolution not working on first boot with Alpha 1.7

This reproduces in both virt-manager and gnome-boxes. I've attached
logs to compare 1st boot and subsequent boot but I can't figure out
why domain resolution doesn't work on just the first boot.

Could possibly be a case of
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1093803#c18 ?

I didn't notice this in any F24 testing, FWIW.

Interesting. Same thing happens with Fedora 23 as guest in both
virt-manager and gnome-boxes on Fedora 23. First boot, no domain
resolution. Next boots do.
