Install matrix update - more coverage for the Basic Video Driver testcase

Just a heads up that I updated the Install matrix and extended the Basic
Video Driver testcase coverage. This is because the basic video driver is a
frequent cause of problems, and the limited coverage could often overlook
issues, like our latest proposed blocker:

Before (2 test runs were enough to completely fill it out):

After (4 test runs are necessary to completely fill it out):

Any new release validation matrices (new RC, new nightly) should get the
updated table.

Ack, I was going to propose the same change. I've tweaked it slightly
to use brackets instead of dashes, though, as that's what we use
elsewhere in the page.
