Hi All,
Is anyone else seeing this message om startup and shutdown..
"Cannot access hardware clock by any known method"
I don't recall ever seeing it with F7. I'm currently running kernel 2.6.23-0.204.rc8.fc8 x86_64. The message says something about using the --debug option. Anyone know where this is supposed to be used?

Try kernel 208.

Appears to be fixed with 2.6.23-0.211.rc8.git2.fc8. Thanks!

Check https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=290731#c8

This is from 'hwclock'. As root you can run 'hwclock --debug'. Unfortunately you will be not much wiser after that. Try different kernel.
