The Fedora apt repository for 9.0.93 is ready, but we're having problems recompiling apt on severn.

You can use the apt from Fedora Shrike and edit the sources.list and it works fine though.

Another option -- yum works on severn.
One more reason why yum is Just Better than apt ;-)
