should i be able to see F10 in the preupgrade program?

i only see rawhide and it's only visible if i check the box "show test
releases".  i'm trying to upgrade a fully updated F9 live cd that was
installed to my harddisk.

There's a later build in koji that has the Fedora 10 repos available 
(1.0.0-1.fc9 iirc). The versions in updates/updates-testing are still 
0.9.3-3.fc9 and only list rawhide as a target.
