If you provide us with a list of email addresses we could match in Tx,
we could write a script to mass-sign this group of people. But
honestly, I don't see clicking "I accept" twice a big problem. :)

It seems this is what we are expected. It does not look good way to me,
signing same FPCA twice at different places.
If one signed FPCA again at FAS but not at Transifex by set date, this
person will be removed from Transifex and no longer able to submit
translation, which is good.
Now, this is tricky problem, if one signed FPCA again at Transifex but
not at FAS by set date, this person is still able to submit translation.
