When uploading new 'po' file transposed 'bs' with 'ba' - how to rename so that language is appropriately recognized

I uploaded new and complete translation of python-meh as po.bs but I
made a typo and named it
a ba.po.

'ba' is now not recognized as language so file needs to be renamed to bs.po.

I do not have option to rename from Transfix so I want to know what is
the right procedure to fix this:

Should I rename it through git?
Could someone on the list with admin rights can do it, or should I go
through Bugzilla.

Sorry, this was partly my mistake for suggesting it like this without
checking, but you gave the starting example with "ba"...

You should make a renaming request against python-meh in Bugzilla.

Hvala za informaciju. Ovo je bilo do mene jer sam ja u glavi imao 'ba'
nomenklaturu domena a ne lokalizaciju 'bs'.

You should've reported this against python-meh as suggested (not
localization) because...

I don't think you (or none of the L10n team) can unfortunately, I
think only maintainers of python-meh have commit rights to their repo.
