Hi
I still did not know how to do it. I am very, I mean, very new to this. So please take me step by step.
As I understand, I have to download gedit or kedit. I could not do that. Please give me instructions. Thank you Munzir.

No at all. Let's go step by step then. Do you have kedit or gedit installed?
(They are somewhere in the menus or you open a console/terminal and type
kedit or kwrite or gedit). Or you can open
openoffice.org and from any of
these applications you go to file -> open and choose the ar.po file and click
ok. That's it. If this didn't work for you, there is an application called
notepad in Windows you can use it too ;)
