I have never used gtranslator. I use either vim (cli) or lokalize (GUI). Can you try lokalize instead?. The file on the portal doesn't contain any fatal errors so I wonder why you have those red signs.

I downloaded the original file and got this:

95 translated messages, 1 untranslated message.
which indicates there was only one untranslated string on it.
Generally, as you are new here, I highly recommend you take a file
that is untranslated before if possible so you can learn as you go.
The reason I am saying this because:

الملف مرفوق أسفله.
ملاحظة: عند فتح الملف بالبرنامج الاحظ وجود علامة قف أمام
النص المراد
ترجمته. هل اترجم أم اتركه كما هو؟
