日本語訳の基本ルールについて

みなさん こんばんは、加藤です。
Txにある日本語訳をいくつか見てみたのですが、
以下の事項が混在しているように見受けられました。
# 統一されておらず、翻訳者により異なる？
今後、進めていく上で、基本ルールを確認したいので、
教えていただけないでしょうか。
# すでにどこかにまとまっていたらすみません。
1. 日英混在箇所の空白有無
「Fedora について」のように日英が切り替わる部分で、
間に半角空白が有ったり無かったりするようです。
2. 見出し語の訳し方
英語は「Installing Fedora」のよう **ing xxx に
統一されている感じに見えたのですが、
動詞形で訳すのか名詞形で訳すのか迷いました。
http://fedoraproject.org/ のフッタも
基本的に名詞形にしながらも、「参加する」の
ような動詞形が混ざっています。

the translations like (_A) is being mixed up in authconfig.
