Resource Management Guide の transifex プロジェクトがない

夏休みに気が向いたら、Resource Management Guide　と　Cloud Guide でも訳すか、
と思いましたが、前者は、 transifex プロジェクトがない、後者は、

それらしいのがあるけど、中身がない、
状態です。どなたか、PO ファイルを用意してもらえませんか。あるいは、誰にどう、
コンタクトすればよいか教えて下さい。

別件で、ミュージシャンガイドの訳が出た、パブリカンにバグがあるみたい、
と原著者にメールしたら、

Japanese team is looking at to translate the above guides. I can not
locate Resource Manage Guide in Transifex. Can you point where to find?

For Fedora Cloud Guide, I can see;

Is this right place to download POs for translation?

Can I have one more favor?
As I had some chat with Rudi and heard that it is feasible to 
efficiently save translation effort of community by merging RHEL6 
Japanese version [1] to Fedora. Could you kindly merge RHEL6 ja.po with 
Fedora ja.po?  I am understanding that there is no copy right issue on 
this, but please advise if any concern.
