「融合」は確かに柔かい感じですが意味が少し違うような気がします。どちらかと言うと
MERGE の意味があって異種のものがくっつく感じ。F12 でそのようなイメージを求めている
のなら、それもありですね。でも皆で力を合わせて頑張ると言う意味ならやはり「団結」あるいは
「結束」を推薦します。他の人の意見も待ってみるといいかもね。（社内のメンバーとか。。。）

最終的には翻訳者の意志で決定して下さい。
